The two paired services

Immediate relief on one side. Durable transformation on the other.

Chiropractic is the line you call when a back goes out on Tuesday. Genesis Fit is the program you put a superintendent into when he says he's tired of feeling tired. Most engagements use both, in that order.

Core service

Genesis Core

Dr. McCarley travels to your site with a portable adjusting table and a few small hand tools. Your team rotates through during a single window. Built for the back, neck, shoulder, hip, and overuse pain that quietly drains a workday.

  • Low-force, instrument-assisted plus manual technique
  • 5 to 15 minutes per employee, by appointment
  • Monthly cadence (most teams); biweekly available
  • Employer-paid, billed directly

Paired service

Genesis Fit Weight Loss

A six-week doctor-supervised program for the team member who's serious about resetting. Weekly 1:1 consultations, body composition tracking, a food-based nutritional protocol, and a structured re-feed so the result holds past week seven.

  • Medical fit pre-screen by Dr. McCarley
  • Weekly weight, BMI, and blood-pressure check-in
  • Food-based protocol, grocery-store ingredients
  • Re-feeding phase to make results stick

A third service

Plus a track for the people who run the team.

The pattern shows up two or three months into most corporate engagements. The owner, the GM, or the senior superintendent comes up to Dr. McCarley after the on-site visit and asks for something more private. Their back is in worse shape than they let on. They don't want to do it in front of the crew.

Concierge

Genesis Elite

A private, off-site relationship for the owner, partner, GM, or senior leader who needs the same care without the audience. Scheduled around your calendar, not the company's. Includes optional Genesis Fit enrollment.

  • Off-hours appointments at the Family Chiropractic office
  • Same provider, same hands, same intake discipline
  • Discreet billing, no overlap with corporate roster
  • Sliding cadence based on what your body and calendar can hold

What's not on the menu

The honest list of things Genesis does not do.

A short menu is a feature, not a bug. We do two things on your floor and one thing at the office, and we do them well because we don't try to do everything else.

  • Pediatric chiropractic at the corporate visit. Dr. McCarley sees kids in his Family Chiropractic office. He doesn't see them on a job site. The corporate visit is for adults on the roster.
  • Acupuncture. Different license, different training. We refer to providers we trust.
  • Massage therapy. If your team needs sports massage, we'll point you at a local LMT who works with corporate accounts. We don't pretend to staff that out of a Genesis vehicle.
  • Supplement sales. The Genesis Fit nutrition protocol is built around real grocery-store food with minimal, targeted supplementation. No upsells, no auto-ship, no protein-stack-of-the-month.
  • Ergonomics consulting. Useful work, just not ours. If your floor needs a workstation audit, we'll name two firms.
  • Independent medical exams (IME) for workers' compensation claims. Genesis treats; we don't adjudicate. We won't be your IME doctor, and we'll tell your comp carrier the same thing.
How services combine

What a typical engagement looks like across the first year.

M1

Chiropractic only

The first month is the chiropractic visit and nothing else. Roster intake, first adjustments, baseline. We want the team to meet the work before we ask them to consider a six-week program.

M2-3

Genesis Fit layered in

By month two or three the early adopters raise their hand. Usually the foreman who's been thinking about it, or the office manager whose doctor told her she needs to. Their cohort starts. The chiropractic cadence continues unchanged.

M4+

Steady state

Chiropractic continues monthly. New Genesis Fit cohorts run as the roster asks for them, usually one or two per year. Occasional individual executive carve-outs for owners and senior leaders who want a private relationship.

Yr 2

The retention line

The number we watch in year two isn't pain scores. It's who is still on the roster. The crew that's been on the table for 18 months is the crew that's still framing houses at 50. That's the line.

Pair them, stack them, or start with one.

Most owners start with monthly chiropractic and layer Genesis Fit in once the team asks for it. The fit call is where we figure out which order makes sense for your floor.
