Where Genesis Corporate Health travels for on-site engagements.
Genesis Corporate Health serves employers across Hamilton County, Indiana. Dr. McCarley is based in Noblesville and travels to teams throughout the county.
The service area, in plain terms.
We serve all of Hamilton County: Noblesville, Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, and the surrounding communities. For employers just outside the county, we evaluate fit case by case based on roster size and travel time.
The reason we drew the box that way is travel time. Dr. McCarley delivers every visit personally. He's still the working chiropractor at Genesis Family Chiropractic between corporate days, which means a half-day on the road for a single engagement isn't a viable shape. Anywhere inside the box, the on-site window plus drive plus return fits inside a single half-day slot on his calendar. That's how the math works for you, and it's how the math works for him.
Nine towns inside the box, each with its own page.
Each location page goes deeper on the industries we serve in that town, the typical roster shapes we see, and which side of the box we're driving from.

The honest answer is: it depends on your roster size and how often you'd want us on-site. If you're outside the standard service area but you have a roster of 30 or more employees and a monthly cadence makes sense, get in touch. We'll evaluate the math case-by-case. A 30-person crew on the calendar twice a year wouldn't pencil; the same crew on a quarterly cadence with a 90-minute window might.
For roster sizes below that threshold outside the box, we won't take the engagement. Not because we don't want to, but because the drive time effectively doubles the cost per employee served and we'd be charging you a number that doesn't reflect the value you're getting. In that case we'd rather refer you to a chiropractor closer to your floor who can take your team in their office on a per-visit basis. We keep a short list of providers we respect across Hamilton County and we'll make the introduction.
If you're inside the box and we've left your town off the list above, that's a documentation gap, not a policy. Use the fit call form and we'll confirm.
