Most people who reach out are doing it to set up a fit call. If that's you, the booking page is the fastest path. For everything else, the addresses and numbers below get to a real person.
For fit calls (the most common reason).
If you're an owner or operator exploring Genesis Corporate Health for your team, the 30-minute fit call is the starting line. Calendar is live, slots are real, and the call is with Dr. McCarley himself.
For other questions.
Anything that isn't a fit call. Quotes, references, brokers, vendors with a legitimate question, prospective clients who want to talk before they pick a slot.
For anything that isn't a fit call (operational questions, certificate-of-insurance requests, vendor or partnership inquiries), email goes directly to Dr. McCarley. Response within one business day. For new-business conversations, the fit call is the better starting point.

There is no walk-in clinic for Genesis Corporate Health. We travel to your site. That's the entire point of the program.
Our service area covers Hamilton County and parts of North Indianapolis, inside a bounded box:

The Genesis Family Chiropractic in-office practice is a separate operation with its own physical address. That address is listed at savinglivesnow.com. Please don't send Genesis Corporate Health mail there. It slows everything down.

What we won't respond to.
Honest about the inbox. The volume of unsolicited outreach on a doctor's email is its own problem. To save everyone time, the following messages get archived without a reply:
- Cold sales pitches from supplement vendors, SEO agencies, directory listing services, "guest post" networks, or anyone offering to "10x our leads." Genesis already has a brand director and a marketing partner.
- Anonymous "we have a strategy to grow your business" emails from senders who can't say in one paragraph what they actually do. If your pitch needs a meeting before it makes sense, it's not a pitch.
- Unsolicited resumes. Genesis Corporate Health is a one-doctor operation. Dr. McCarley delivers every visit personally. When that changes, we'll post the role publicly. Until then there's nothing to apply for.
For everything else, the fit call is the door. Thirty minutes, real numbers, no deck.
