Dr. Brian McCarley earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker College of Chiropractic in 2006 and opened Genesis Family Chiropractic in Noblesville later that same year. What first drew him to chiropractic was a simple conviction: the body was designed with intelligence and purpose, and it can function at a higher level when proper care is in place.

For nearly two decades, that practice has served families, kids, and the working adults of Noblesville and the surrounding area. From the start, Brian never wanted chiropractic to be only about getting someone out of pain. Back pain, neck pain, headaches, and stiffness are what bring people in, but the bigger goal has always been to help them move better, feel better, and get more out of everyday life.

Waiting until you have a problem to see your chiropractor is like skipping oil changes and acting surprised when the engine seizes.

How Genesis Corporate Health began.

Genesis Corporate Health was born out of a season Brian did not ask for. After nearly twenty years in traditional practice, the building Genesis Family Chiropractic had called home was being sold for redevelopment, and he found himself searching for a new space that fit both the practice and the budget. Frustration turned into fear, but eventually it pushed him toward a better question: what if the better model was not another office, but care that came to the workplace?

That question became real when the owner of Urban Restoration Group, a longtime friend and client, asked if Brian could come to him and care for his full team. That conversation crystallized the opportunity. Hard-working teams need practical care that meets them where they are, especially teams whose bodies are central to the work they do every day. Genesis Corporate Health grew from that insight, bringing chiropractic and physical performance care directly into the workplace.

• Nearly twenty years of clinical practice. One doctor, one room, since 2006. There are not many shortcuts in spinal mechanics, and he has not taken any.

The people who know Brian best would tell you he is usually looking for the next meaningful adventure. Sometimes that is hunting. Sometimes it is working toward his private pilot's license. A couple of times it has meant driving from Hamilton County all the way to Managua, Nicaragua, to deliver donated vehicles to ministries he and his family support. But the real foundation of his life is his faith in Jesus and his love for his family.
