Real engagements. Real outcomes. Written with the client, never about them.
We publish only the work we have actually run, and only with the company's sign-off. Here is what we can talk about today, plus how we think about results honestly.
A 7-person specialty construction team, on a steady on-site cadence.
One of our Hamilton County engagements is a specialty commercial construction company with seven employees, including the owner-partners. The work is physically demanding, and the team brought Genesis on for straight, on-site chiropractic care delivered on a regular cadence at their location.
The result they report: employees receiving care feel better physically overall, with fewer sick days. The engagement is ongoing. We are keeping the company anonymous at their preference, and we will only ever name a client with their explicit approval.
The value of on-site care is not the flare-up of the week. It is the ongoing strain that builds up from lifting, bending, twisting, climbing, and carrying, day after day.
Honest about the numbers, careful with the claims.
The broader data is real. In 2024, U.S. private industry recorded 888,100 injury and illness cases serious enough to cost a worker days away from the job, and sprains, strains, and tears were the single largest category at 568,150. (Source: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.) OSHA notes that better ergonomics reduce muscle fatigue and the number and severity of work-related musculoskeletal disorders.
What we will not do is promise a specific reduction in claims, missed days, or productivity loss before we have measured it inside your company. Genesis is built to help employees move better, feel better, recover better, and lose less of the workday to preventable physical strain. The measured business case is something we build together, with your numbers, not a stock figure from a brochure.
The book is growing.
Additional engagement write-ups are in preparation. Each is reviewed and approved by the company being featured before it appears here. Until that approval lands, it stays off the page. If you would like to talk about an on-site rotation for your team, the next step is a 30-minute fit call.
