The Chiropractor Comes To The Job Site.
Genesis Corporate Health delivers On-Site Performance Care for Hamilton County construction, manufacturing, and trades teams. Dr. McCarley brings chiropractic and performance care to your workplace, so your team can feel better, move better, and lose less time to pain, tension, and fatigue. Each employee treated in 10 to 15 minute appointments on a predictable monthly cadence. One clinician. One contract. Direct-pay by the employer, no insurance billing.
If your team works with their bodies, their bodies are part of your operation.
Genesis Corporate Health is built for Hamilton County employers whose people lift, bend, twist, climb, drive, carry, and grind through repetitive work day after day. Stiff, sore, worn-down employees do not perform at their best. We help hard-working teams stay physically ready for the work in front of them, on-site, on a cadence you can plan around.

When the work is physical, the body becomes part of the job.
Across U.S. private industry that year, 888,100 injury and illness cases were serious enough to cost a worker days away from work, and back-related cases alone accounted for 248,180. When your team lifts, bends, climbs, and carries all day, that wear is not abstract. It shows up in comfort, focus, and attendance.
We are careful with that data. Genesis does not promise a specific drop in claims or missed days before we have measured it inside your company. What we do is bring a doctor to your floor on a predictable cadence so your team can move better, feel better, and lose less of the day to preventable physical strain.
Genesis Corporate Health was born out of a season I did not ask for. After nearly two decades in traditional practice, the building Genesis Family Chiropractic had called home was being sold for redevelopment, and I found myself searching for a new space that fit both the practice and the budget.
Frustration turned into fear, but eventually it pushed me to ask a better question: what if the better model was not another office, but care that came to the workplace? That question became real when the owner of Urban Restoration Group, a longtime friend and client, asked if I could come to him and care for his full team.
Genesis Corporate Health grew from that insight. I bring the table to your shop. The same chiropractor, every month, on a cadence you can plan around. Hard-working teams need practical care that meets them where they are, especially when their bodies are central to the work they do every day.
If you run a hard-working team anywhere in Hamilton County, I'd like 30 minutes of your time on a fit call. No deck. Plain numbers. If we're not the right partner, I'll say so.
One doctor. Three programs. Built to layer.
Most engagements start with Genesis Core on the floor, then grow into Genesis Elite for leadership and Genesis Fit for the employees ready to reset. You choose what fits your team and your budget.

Simple enough to drop into a normal workday.
Dr. McCarley arrives with a portable adjusting table, a few small hand tools, and a laptop. He needs about a 6 by 10 foot space, one quiet corner, and one outlet. Employees stay fully clothed, check in table-side, give a quick update, and are usually back to work in 5 to 10 minutes. That lets him care for roughly 6 to 10 people an hour with almost no disruption to your day.
- Discovery call to understand your team and whether on-site care makes sense.
- A simple starting plan and help introducing it to your employees.
- The first on-site visit, scheduled to respect the workday.
Most employee-health options wait until people are already struggling. We don't.
We come to the floor
Unlike an EAP, an off-site clinic, or an occupational-health vendor, Genesis brings care directly to your workplace, before a sore back becomes a lost week.
The same doctor, every visit
Not a rotating roster of providers. Dr. McCarley is on every visit, every month, for every team we serve. The relationship is the product.
Care, not compliance
This isn't injury paperwork or a wellness checkbox. It is hands-on, performance-first care that keeps a working body doing the work in front of it.
Waiting until you have a problem to see your chiropractor is like skipping oil changes and acting surprised when the engine seizes.
A 7-person specialty construction team, on an ongoing cadence.
One Hamilton County employer, a specialty commercial construction company with seven employees including the owner-partners, brought Genesis on for straight chiropractic care. The team reported feeling better physically overall, with fewer sick days. The engagement is ongoing.
We publish only real engagements, and we are careful with the numbers. We do not promise a specific reduction in claims or missed days before we have measured it inside your company. See how we think about results →

Straight answers, before the fit call.
Do you accept insurance?
No. For chiropractic care, health insurance only covers limited-scope, pain-based conditions. What Genesis provides is holistic and performance-based, so it is employer direct-pay, with no insurance billing.
How quickly can you start with a new company?
First contact to the first employee being seen usually takes about 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the employer's decision process and response times. When everyone is responsive, it can move faster.
Is participation voluntary for employees?
That is each employer's call, but Dr. McCarley recommends letting employees decide for themselves whether they want on-site chiropractic care. Individual health information stays private.
What kinds of problems do you help employees with?
Most people know chiropractic for back pain, neck pain, and headaches. Many patients also see relief from stiffness, restricted mobility, end-of-shift fatigue, and a range of nervous-system and immune-related challenges.
What does an on-site visit actually require?
A space about 6 by 10 feet, one outlet, and a quiet corner. Dr. McCarley brings the portable table and tools. Employees stay clothed and are usually back to work in 5 to 10 minutes.
30 minutes. No deck. Real numbers.
You tell us how many people, what kind of work they do, where they hurt most often. We tell you in plain numbers whether Genesis runs on your floor. About a third of the time it doesn't. We'd rather decline a bad fit than upsell a good one.
